Research Progress on Regulation of Microstructure and Properties of Additive Manufactured Cobalt-Chromium Superalloy by Heat Treatment
-
Abstract
Cobalt-chromium superalloy, due to its excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance and mechanical properties, has broad application prospects in the fields of aerospace, energy and chemical engineering. Additive manufactured cobalt-chromium superalloy has received widespread attention in recent years and has achieved a certain level of batch application in the aerospace field. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy prepared by additive manufacturing are anisotropic, and can be regulated by heat treatment. The additive manufacturing technology of cobalt-chromium superalloy is briefly described. The research status of traditional heat treatments such as solution, aging and annealing on the microstructure of cobalt-chromium superalloy, especially the precipitation behavior of carbides is systematically summarized, and the influence of heat treatment on the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the alloy is reviewed in detail. Finally, the future research directions in the heat treatment of cobalt-chromium superalloy are proposed.
