    Effect of Laser Melting on the Superficial Microstructure and Performance of High Chromium Cast Steel Nozzle

    • The laser melting was performed on high chromium cast steel nozzle of power boiler burner.The microstructure,phase structure,Vickers hardness and abrasion resistance of the obtained melting layer after laser melting were tested and analyszed.The grains are refined.The maximum hardness reache 594 HV.Erosion-wear weight loss rate low 27%.It is practicable to improve the microstructure,hardness and wear resistance of the surface of high chromium cast steel using the laser melting technology.The hardness and wear resistance are significantly improved after laser melting.
