Abstract

The latest research progress on metal oxide gas sensing materials for detecting CO2,CH4,NOx,CO and H2,respectively is summarized.Some metal oxide gas sensing materials used mainly at the present stage with different structures and chemical composition are introduced according to various needs upon gas detection.Here,the best achieved detection results are focused on,the preparation technologies of partial metal oxides are analyzed briefly,and the future research trends are pointed out.
