Development in Welding of Particulate Reinforced Aluminium Matrix Composites

There are some technical problems in the welding of particulate reinforced aluminium matrix composites.Several new technologies that adapt for welding of aluminium matrix composites are introduced includeing vacuum-free diffusion bonding,non-interlayer liquid phase diffusion bonding,plasma spray joining,laser-induced reaction welding,brushing plating of nickel laser welding,friction stir welding and capacitor discharge welding,etc.
