    Heat Resistance of Gradient Polycrystalline Diamond Compact

      Abstract
    • Gradient polycrystalline diamond compact(PDC) was manufactured with PM method.Its microstructure and heat resistance were studied by SEM,DSC and TG.The interfacial binding was improved by gradient middle layer and the PDC possessed better heat-resistance than single crystalline diamond.The heat-resistance was affected by heating rate and environmental conditions.
