Effects of Mixed Rare Earth and Heat Treatment on Properties and Structure of A356 Alloy
The effects of the mixed RE contents and heat treatment on mechanical properties and structure of A356 alloy were studied.There were heat refining and modifying when mixed RE was added to A356 alloy.Mechanical properties were improved to some extent too.The optimal content of RE was 0.12%-0.28%.
