    Preparation and Properties of Ni-Cr Based Self-lubricating Composite

    • Ni-Cr based self-lubricating composite with uniform and compact structure was prepared by powder metallurgy method.The triobological properties of the composite were investigated using an MS-T3000 friction and wear tester at ambient temperature in air.When mass contents of MoS2 and LaF3 were 20% and 5% respectively, the composite had good triobological properties,the synergistic effect was the best.On the effect of friction,two MoS2-films showed the mechanism of antifriction,a thin film generated on the contact zone of composite and the transfer film was on its conterface.Addition of an appropriate amount of LaF3 helped to improve the composite’s wear property.
