    Finite Element Numerical Simulation and Analysis of Temperature Field in Semi-solid Extrusion Process of Al2O3sf/LY12 Bar

    • According to the fundamental principle of transient transmission of heat finite element numerical(FEM),the transient axial symmetry temperature field FEM model in the process of semi-solid extrusion was established.Based on the data adopted in technological experiment,the temperature field of the process,in which composite material bar was continuously formed,was numerically simulated by means of ANSYS software.Real distribution and variation of the temperature field were reflected by cloud charts.Combining the stimulant results with experimental studies,a comprehensive investigation on the technological regularity was made,which provided theoretical basis for the design and optimization of process parameters.
