    Failure Model for Aluminum Alloy Adhesive Joints

    • A failure calculating model of adhesion joint was set up based on linear Drucker-Prager yield criterion,mechanical analysis of localized structure of adhesion joint and mechanical behavior of adhesive.The model was adopted to mate finite element simulation calculation and was verified by experimental results.Compared with stress distribution and σm/σ0 distribution curves,the failure distribution curve of single lap joint,which was get by modifying the linear Drucker-Prager yield criterion,was proved to be more effective.
