Preparation of Co-Cr-W Welding Electrode and Research on Its Performance

A new Co-Cr-W welding electrode was prepared by technical innovation suction casting device,and the overlaying property of this electrode was tested.The results indicate that the binding between alloy layer and matrix is excellent,on welding layer substrate,which is metallurgical binding.The mean Rockwell hardness of welding layer is 40.2 and the hardness reaches maximum value,after overlaying three layers of Co-Cr-W alloy.Chemical constituents of welding layer is homogenous.
