    Microstructure of Nanostructured Al2O3-TiO2 Powders and Its Laser Sintered Sample

    • Morphology and structure of nanostructured Al2O3-TiO2 particles were analyzed.Bulk sintered sample was fabricated from reconstituted microparticles by laser sintering technology.SEM and EDS were applied to analyze the microstructure and components of the sample.The results show that the morphology difference between inside and outside of sintered particles was related to the particle size.It was also observed that sintered structure was formed by rich Ti net-like remelted phase and isolated alumina phase in which some residual Al2O3 nano-particles existed.
