Preparation and Application of TD-02 Inhibitor for Sulfur Corrosion in Compressor Station

In order to solve the corrosion and wear problems of compressor unit caused by sulfur corrosion in Dongying compressor station of shengli oil field, a new mixed type of TD-02 inhibitor was developed and applied to field tests. The results show that TD-02 inhibitor had good inhibition effect. The tested steel surface was shiny and black after field test and wear of the high pressure compressor shaft was significantly inhibited, which achieved desired results.
