Fracture-Based Retrospective Method for Determining Vibration Stress of 2A12 Aluminum Alloy Blade Wheel in High-speed Rotating State
-
Abstract
Based on the short fatigue crack theory and SEM observation of the fracture morphology, combined with the corresponding fatigue crack growth curve, the vibration stress of 2A12 aluminum alloy blade wheel in high-speed rotating state was determined by a fracture-based retrospective method. The results show that the method may estimate the vibration stress of aluminum alloy blade wheel in high-speed rotating state more accurately and is simple and easy.
