    Change of Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of 3003 Aluminum Alloy Seamless Tube During Preparing

    • The microstructure, mechanical properties and tensile fracture morphology of 3003 aluminum alloy seamless tube in different states during preparing were studied. The results show that the appropriate homogenization annealing schedule of 3003 aluminum alloy ingot was 600 ℃×5 h. The equiaxial grains generated during the hot extruding because of happening dynamic recrystallization. The apparent deformation structure along the deformation direction was found after cold working, and the mechanical properties were fairly well after annealing at 400 ℃ for 1 h. A lot of fine equiaxial dimples were found on tensile fracture in different states, and the dimples became bigger and deeper and the plasticity obviously decreased after annealing at 400 ℃ for 1 h.
