  • The effects of resin content on the properties of paper-based friction material were studied.The results show the porosity decreased with the increase of resin dosage.The sample got preferable properties when resin content reach 25%.It had moderate porosity (32.43%),low wear rate (1.32×10-8 cm3/J),good dynamic friction stability,and stable on-off curve.There is no obvious tail rise and cock tail appear.In addition,the sample also has good morphological characters.
