    Selection of Surface Treatment Technology for Bearing Plate and Peg Axle in Light Rail

    • The materials of bearing plate (45CrNiMoV) and peg axle (45CrNimo) used in light rail were treated by quenching and high temperature tempering,high frequency quenching,and low temperature gas multicomponent thermochemical treatment technology,respectively.The wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the samples were determined.The wear resistance and corrosion resistance of materials treated by low temperature gas multicomponent thermochemical treatment technology were better than those by quenching and high temperature tempering,or high frequency quenching.The reasons of better properties by multicomponent thermochemical treatment technology and wear mechanism were analyzed.
