Abstract
The linear expansion coefficient, specific heat, elastic modulus, thermal diffusivity and thermal conductivity of TA16 and TA17 titanium alloys were measured and analyzed at different tempeartures. The results show that the average linear expansion coefficient of TA16 and TA17 titanium alloys was about 9.638×10-6 ℃-1 and 9.224×10-6 ℃-1,respectively,in the range of 100-500 ℃.The linear expansion coefficient, specific heat, thermal diffusivity and thermal conductivity of TA16 and TA17 titanium alloys increased with temperature increasing. However elastic modulus decreased with temperature increasing.Functional relationships between specific heat, elastic modulus, thermal diffusivity and thermal conductivity in the range of 50-500 ℃ were established by means of least square method.
