Abstract

Recent developments and applications of laser cladding in improving the surface properties of copper alloys are reviewed.The characteristics of laser cladding on copper alloys surface are summarized,and the current study status of cladding material systems and laser cladding treatment processing are reviewed.The surface properties of laser cladding layers are analyzed.The main problems and their improving methods of laser cladding on copper alloys surface are illuminated.And the research directions are put forward.
