  • The effects of Ti and B on the microstructure and mechanical properties of AM50 magnesium alloy had been investigated.The results indicate that the addition of Ti and B can refine the microstructure of AM50 alloy.The experimental results also show that proper additions of Ti and B can increase its mechanical properties at ambient temperature significantly,while the ductility of the alloy does not decrease.When the modifications of Ti and B exceed proper additions,the AM50 mechanical properties do not increase.
