Abstract
TLF3200TM laser machine was used to fuse Ni60 alloy powders doped with different ZrO2 content to form Ni-based cladding coatings on the surface of 45 steel.Effect of ZrO2 content in the Ni60 alloy powders on the microstructures and properties of the coatings was studied. The results showed that addition of ZrO2 could refine the microstructure of the coatings. When the ZrO2 content was 1%,the comprehensive properties reached the best combination with the rockwell hardness being 77.1 HRA,microhardness being as high as 1 930 HV,wearing rate being 0.654 4 kg·m-2 and corrosion resistance being improved apparently.
