    Surface Globuling and Interfacial Combination with Copper Matrix of Graphite Coated with Nickel

    • Surface of graphite particles was plated with nickel according to the reaction theory of electroless plating,and the technology of electroless plating nickel was optimized.Globuling of nickel plating was performed through heat treatment of graphite coated with nickel,and interfacial combination between graphite and copper matrix was studied.The surface of graphite particles was plated with a flat,continuous and uniform nickel plating that increased the wettability and improved the interfacial combination between graphite and copper matrix.The trend of melt globuling of metal plating affected the interfacial combination during high temperature treatment.
