  • The welding properties and technological requirements of high strength steel 390Q have been studied induding the microstructure,cold crack tendency and mechanical properties after welding.The 390Q steel showed excellent welding properties,small cold crack tendency and good impact property better than 16MnL.Therefore,it could be used for the production of press-welding axle housing of heavy trucks.
