    Application of Frame-pack Rolling Technology to Process of Spray Deposition Sheets

    • Spray deposited porous aluminum alloy sheets easily have surface and edge crack when they are directly rolled due to the porosity and metallurgical bond.So the effecte of frame-pack rolling technology on microstructure and mechanical proprties of spray deposited porous 5A06 and 8009 aluminum alloy sheets after rolling were studied.The results show that “the frame-pack rolling” technology can increase the densify,avoid cracking during rolling,and effectively improve the deformability and mechanical properties of the spray deposited porous aluminum alloy sheets.
