    Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of K360 Wear Resistant Steel Hardfacing Alloy Layer

    • Wear resistant steel K360 was restored by using flux-cored wire hardfacing welding with CO2 as shielding gas.The microstructure,X-ray diffraction analysis,hardness,impact toughness and wear resistance were tested.The results show that the microstructure of hardfacing layer is exiguous lath martensite and a small quantity of dispersive carbide.The hardfacing layer has low hardness and cold crack tendency,but it has high toughness and plasticity.The microstructure of hardfacing layer is thin,the effect of dispersive carbide strengthen the wear resistance of hardfacing layer.
