Transient Liquid-phase Bonding with Two-step Heating Process of TP304H/12Cr2MoWVTiB Dissimilar Steel Pipe

    • The TP304H/12Cr2MoWVTiB dissimilar steel pipe were welded by traditional transient liquid-phase(TLP) bonding and two-step heating TLP bonding process respectively. The influences of the different welding processes on microstructure and mechanical properties of bonding joint were studied. The results show that the joint obtained by twe step TLP bonding process had better microstructure and properties than that of obtained by traditional TLP process. The joint had a tensile strength of 570 MPa,and was not fractured up to bending angle of 180° as the steel pipes were heated at 1 240 ℃ for 30 s,and then at 1 200 ℃ for 3 min.
