    High Temperature Deformation Characteristics of G3 and 825 Alloy Used in Oil Pipes of High-sour Gas Fields

    • The G3 and 825 corrosion resistant alloys were compressed and stretched under conditions of 1 030-1 300 ℃,strain rates 1-25 s-1 and ε=0.8 by carrying out thermal simulation experiment on Thermomacmaster-Z tester in atmosphere.Deformation resistance and affecting factors of dynamic recrystallization were studied.The high temperature thermoplasticity were discussed by the comparison of temperature-reduction of area curves.The results showed that the maximum deforamation resistance of G3,G3-Z and 825 alloys all decreased with the increase of temperature.The proper temperature ranges for hot-working of G3,G3-Z and 825 alloys were 1 100-1 240 ℃,1 130-1 220 ℃ and 1 050-1 240 ℃ respectively.
