Preparation and Compression Properties of Silicon Rubber Foam with Mixed Cell Structure

Abstract
The silicon rubber foam with mixed cell structrue was prepared by chemical-foam method.The effect of density on the compression properties of the silicon rubber foam was studied.The result show that the stress corresponding to the same strain increased and ε0.32 reduced with the increase of density,and the stress-strain curve moved upward obviously.The fitted linear equation was ε0.32=-101.008ρ+84.286(R=-0.998).And the stress relaxation rate increased linearly with the increase of the density.
