    Analysis Model of the Elastic Properties of Twill Woven Fabric Liner of Spherical Plain Bearing with Self-Lubricating

    • Elastic properties analysis model applicable to spherical plain bearing with self-lubricating woven fabric liner was built by fabric structure. In the base of stiffness average, the elastic properties of the liner were analyzed using mesomechanics and geometrical and material parameters of the fabric bundles in warp and weft direction, parameter analysis formula of fabric liner stiffness matrix and nine elastic constants (three modulus of elasticity, three shear modulus and three Poisson ratio) were got. The theory model results agreed with experiment results.
