    Microstructure of Cu46Zr46Al8 Complex Phase Amorphous Alloy Prepared by Annealing

    • The Cu46Zr46Al8 complex phase amorphous alloys were prepared by different annealing treatments, then the microstructure and morphology of the crystal phase were investigated. The results show that after annealing, crystal phases including CuZr, Cu8Zr3 and Cu10Zr7 precipitated from the Cu46Zr46Al8 amorphous alloy. With prolonging the annealing time at 427 ℃, the precipitated crystal phase morphology changed as follows, i.e., spherical shape→ petal-like shape→ cross dendrite shape→ dendrite shape with multi-branch.
