Synthesis and Characterization of In-situ Growth CuS Nanoparticles in Polyelectrolyte Molecular Deposition Films
-
Abstract
The basal PDDA/PAA polyelectrolyte molecular deposition (MD) films were prepared first, and then CuS particles grew in the polyelectrolyte MD films in-situ.The films were characterized by ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy,XPS and atom force microscopy (AFM).The results show that the particles grown in the polyelectrolyte MD films were nano-sized CuS.The nanoparticles were distributed uniformly in the films and the agglomeration of nanoparticles was not obvious. The particle size increased apparently with the increase of synthesis time. And with the increase of synthesis cycle numbers, the particle size and the particle amount both increased.
