    Effect of Antimony and Rare Earth on Hot Deformation Behavior of AZ31 Magnesium Alloy

    • The effect of antimony and rare earth on the flow stress and dynngzhou amic recrystallization of AZ31 magnesium alloy at different temperature (260-420 ℃) was investigated by hot compression testing on a Gleeble-1500D thermal simulator.The results have indicated that the resistance of deformation is decreased by the elevation of deformation temperature;at the same temperature,the additions of 1%RE and 1%Sb to the AZ31 magnesium could effectively improve the resistance obviously and accelerate the dynamical recrystalization.
