    Influence of Annealing on Elastic Modulus and Line Expansion Coefficient of Fe-based Amorphous Alloy Ribbons

    • The Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 amorphous alloy ribbons with the thickness of 25 μm and width of 4.5 mm were prepared by single-roller method,and then annealed at 100 ℃ for 2 h.The elastic modulus,deformation and line expansion coefficient were measured by means of Q800 DMA.The results show that the elastic modulus,deformation and line expansion coefficient of the amorphous alloy ribbon could be enhanced after annealing.With the increase of testing temperature,the annealed amorphous alloy ribbons and quenched amorphous alloy ribbons showed same trend in the changes of elastic modulus,deformation and line expansion coefficient.i.e.,elastic modulus decreased,deformation increased and line expansion coefficient increased first and then decreased.
