    Microstructure and Mechanical Property of 4Cr3Mo2VNiNbB Hot Working Die Steel

    • The mechanical properties and microstructure of hot work die steel 4Cr3Mo2VNiNbB were studied. The results show that the EAF+LF+VD+ESR process can produce high-purity steel 4Cr3Mo2VNiNbB; after quenching and tempering heat treatment,with transverse impact and excellent tensile properties, and homogeneous microstructure; mechanical properties and microstructure of the oil cooling condition are not very different from those of air cooling.
