By testing of different heating temperature and cooling quenching and tempering at different temperatures of heat treatment of 1.2367 steel, through hardness test, microstructure observation, impact test comparative analysis method, the optimum heat treatment process was determined and the corresponding microstructure, performance were analysised. The results show that the optimum heat treatment process is 1 010 to 1 040℃ heating oil quenching, tempering 550 to 600℃; the hardness of 45-50 HRC, transverse impact energy more than 300 J, can meet the hot die hardness and impact toughness of high temperature performance requirements.
