    • The preparation of self-lubricating nickel-cobalt-polytetrafluoroethylene (Ni-Co-PTFE) electrolytic composite coating was studied.The optimum operating conditions were current density 4.0A/dm2,plating temperature 50℃,plating time 75min,pH=3.5,dosage of CoSO4 25g/L(relative to NiSO4 200g/L) and PTFE emulsion 50g/L.Friction coefficient and microhardness of the composite coating were 0.08 and 600 HV0.05.
