    Preparation and Characterization of ZrO2(3Y)/Al2O3 Nano-sized Powders with Various Al2O3 Contents

    • ZrO2(3Y) nano-sized powders containing 0%-30mass%Al2O3 were prepared by coprecipitation method.The effects of Al2O3 content and calcining temperature on phase structure,grain size and lattice distortion were studied.Only t-ZrO2 phase was found when powders were calcined at 800 ℃ for 2 h.The dopants of Al2O3 greatly inhibited the increase of crystallite size and the phase transformation from tetragonal to monoclinic,also made the phase transformation temperature and crystal lattice distortion increase.
