Progress of Numerical Simulation in Molten Zinc Bath of Continuous Hot-dip Galvanizing Line

Finite-element software is used to simulate the state in molten zinc bath for producing high quality coated sheets.The research progress of numerical simulation in the bath is simply introduced in the paper.Simulation results about temperature,velocity,transient concentration and dross are elaborated.Development direction of numerical simulation technology in the actual production of zinc bath is expected.
