    Numerical Simulation of 304 Stainless Steel Uniaxial Ratcheting Based on the Elastic Space

    • 304 stainless steel uniaxial ratcheting mechanism was studied by the uniaxial ratcheting test at room temperature, and the iterative equation was constructed to simulate the uniaxial ratcheting strain. The test results show that the relationship curve between elastic space and plastic strain, as well as the back stress equation, exists all and can be used to explain material cyclic strain-hardening effect. Compared with the experimental results, the simulation results are reasonable, and it proves that the uniaxial ratcheting mechanism can be explained using the relationship curve between elastic space and plastic strain.
