    Structure and Dielectric Properties of (Ba1-ySry)6-3xSm8+2xTi18O54 Microwave Dielectric Ceramics

    • The microwave dielectric properties and microstructure of (Ba1-ySry)6-3xSm8+2xTi18O54(x=2/3,0.0≤y≤0.5)ceramics were investigated.The solid solutions in which Sr ions substituted for Ba ions were formed.With the increase of Sr content,the lattice parameter descended linearly.The dielectric constant of the (Ba1-ySry)6-3xSm8+2xTi18O54 ceramics ascended to 80.95 at y=0.5,and the dielectric loss got to 0.00016 at y=0.3,and temperature coefficient of frequency changed from negative to positive.
