    Tribological Properties of Polyester Fiber Cloth Reinforced Polyurethane Resin-Based Composites

    • Seven-layer polyester fiber cloth reinforced polyurethane resin-based composites were prepared by laminating method.The influence of the proportion of the two component in the polyester fiber on the mechanical properties and tribological properties of the composite was analyzed.The effects of the MoS2 fillers and loading directions on friction and wear properties were investigated.The results show that tensile strength,elastic modulus,Shore hardness and wear resistance of the composites were enhanced when increasing component B in polyurethane resin.The MoS2 addition could improve the wear resistance property of the composites.The friction and wear property in the meridional and latitudinal axis of the polyester fibre cloth of the composite was better than the partial axis.
