    Effects of Rolling Process and Heat Treatment on Mechanical Properties in Every Direction of TC4-DT Ti Alloy Sheets

    • Effects of rolling processes (cross rolling and unidirectional rolling) and 3 kinds of heat treatment processes on mechanical properties in every direction of TC4-DT titanium alloy sheets were investigated through microstructure observation and tensile tests. The results show that compared with the unidirectional rolling, cross rolling reduced the anisotropy of structure which made the mechanical properties of Ti alloy more uniform. Dual phase microstructure by solution and aging treatment under the temperature closed to transition point led to the higher comprehensive mechanical properties.
