    Properties of TiB2/Cu-Cr Composites Fabricated by In-situ Synthesis of Liquid-solid

    • The process of TiB2/Cu-Cr composites synthesized by In-situ reaction of liquid-solid was explored.Microstructure,mechanical properties and strengthening machanism of composites were studied.The results show that composites have fairly good comprehensive properties.The hardness,electrical conductivity,softening temperature,tensile strength and elongation percentage of the composites are 140 HV,93.6%IACS,560 ℃,466 MPa and 22%,respectively.The tensile fracture photograph showed many isometric dimples.
