Evolution Rule of Aluminum Alloy Textures under Plane Stress State

    • The crystallographic textures affect the formability microscopically of material. In order to master the evolution law of Al 5052,three plane stress states that were uniaxial tensile, plane strain and equal-biaxial tensile were obtained by biaxial tensile loading. After that, the textures of three specimens and the original material were measured and the orientation distribution functions(ODF) were obtained and quantitatively analyzed. The results show that, the ODF density of rolling textures is weak while the recrystallization Cubic,R and D textures exist;textures assemble with the increasing of absolute value of strain ratio;volume fraction of textures don’t change considerably and the random textures dominate in the whole volume.
