  • On the basis of optimized cruciform specimen,simple tension and biaxial tension tests of 50W800G silicon steel sheet were performed under different loading conditions and the test results were simulated with ANSYS finte element soft.The results show that the stress-strain curve of biaxial tension with equal ratios was above that of simple tension and biaxial tension with unequal ratios.The anisotropy of 50W800G silicon steel was not obvious.The stress-strain curve in the rolling direction was slightly higher than that in the vertical direction under the condition of biaxial tension with equal ratios which was oppisite to that of with unequal ratios.The simulated results of ANSYS could beused to forecast the relation of σ-ε during the biaxial tension course.
