    Locatization of High Pressure Feedwater Heater Tubes for Super-critical(Ultra-super-critical) Thermal Power Plant

    • In crder to realize the home manufacture of high pressure feedwater heater tube material for super-critial (altra-super-critial thermal power plant) of SA556Gr.C2 alloy,based on the analysis of the relationship between microstructure and mechanical properties of the imported alloy,chemical composition and heat treatment process of SA556Gr.C2 steel were optimized.Then a high pressure feedwater heater tube was prepared.The results show that after appropriate readjustment of C content in 0.17wt%-0.22wt%,increasing Mn content to 090%-1.00%,decreasing the normalizing temperature to 910-930 ℃ and suitablely raising cooling rate,the microstructure and properties of the material could be guaranted.The quality of the small amount manufacturing reached the standard of AMSE.
