    Research Advancement for Surface Modification Technology Used for Anti-fretting Fatigue of Aerial Titanium Alloys

    • The application and some problems of surface modification technologies used for enhancing fretting fatigue of aerial titanium alloys are summarized. A new titanium alloy surface modification technology-laser shock peening (LSP) is introduced significantly, and the principle of LSP and the research status of the technology in the filed of anti-fretting fatigue of titanium alloy are analyzed. At last, the application of the technology in future was look forwarded.
