  • The recrystallization texture and microstructure of Ti-15-3 alloy with different heat treatments were investigated by means of orientation distribution function (ODF) analysis and optical microscope.The results show that in the cold-rolled sheets recrystallized in conventional annealing at the solution temperature,γ fiber textures were formed during recrystallization and then became much visible with the growth of the grain.In addition,{114} fiber textures were also generated.In the salt-bath annealing,the process of recrystallization was accelerated,and γ fiber textures developed during generally growing process of the recrystallized grains.The intensive and random textures,mainly Goss component,were formed after stage annealing.
