    Fracture Surface Analysis of Ti Alloy Dovetail Joint under Fatigue Load

    • The fretting fatigue behavior of TC11 alloy dovetail joints under low cycle load and the interaction of high-cycle load and low-cycle load were investigated.There are some casts and wear scrape on the fretting wear surface.Grinding pits and plastic deformation are found on the surface and the damage area.Compared with low cycle load,fatigue striations are more complex under high cycle-low cycle load.During the crack propagation,the striations and the crack direction are more disorder,and the fatigue steps are not evident during each low cycle period.
