    Modeling of Melting and Reacting Behavior of Reactive Flame Spray Particles

    • Numerical modeling the melting and the reacting behavior of self-prepagation reactive flame spray particle were made up of Ti,B4C and C by the Finite Element Methos based on ANSYS.The distribution of temperature of the particle in the process of the spray was analyzed.It shows that the SHS reaction happens at 95×10-4 s and it’s over at 1.45×10-3 s after the spray beginning,and that the best melting state of the particle is 164 mm.The modeling results are similar to the results of the test.
