Abstract

Abstract

Some biomaterials for bone replacement and graft based on tissue engineering are reviewed,including polymeric biomaterials,ceramics biomaterials,ceramics-polymer composite biomaterials,and bioactive composites.It is pointed out that the degradable cell scaffold biomaterials with bioactiveation,porousity,and inorganic phase strengthening,and bionic simulation of the natural bone formation are the trend in bone tissue engineering in the future.
